Starting version 2.6.0, correct and incorrect answers can be highlighted in both email and in trackback page. Since we already have the scoring system integrated, we decided to incorporate this feature inside system.
#1: Add scores to the MCQ elements
If you do not know how to, then we recommend checking this article. Make sure you have atleast one option with positive score, otherwise the highlighting will not work.
#2: Modify the summary table
Under Form builder go to Result & email > Summary Table and make sure to enable the option Highlight Correct Option.
Additionally you might want to disable Show Full Submission from Result & email > Trackback Page to show the summary table only, but that is your choice.
Now the system will highlight option with maximum positive score.
